Healthy leh...for the record, I've been doing it for the past 8 days after kena the tamparan demi tamparan that i gained a lots of weight recently. so..Since I cant eat less, thy shalt exercise *wink hopefully, today for the 9th time..til...hmm, CNY! (*crosses fingers)

HAHA.... Seriously, after I read this post, and found out you tagged me, I immediately took a book from the shelf, turned to pg 123, only to find one small paragraph. So I couldn't reach the 4th sentence. Took a few more books and they are the same too!!! OMG!! Ini tag beh sai liao!

joeC: i think pilates strengthens your core (i.e. abs) so those who practice tat have super abs. lol. but im more to a yoga person..
